Staging adds value by making your home feel larger, brighter, cleaner, etc. We generally stage our homes using a neutral palette and design to appeal to a broad range of buyers. Home staging can essentially erase the negatives in a home, or distract prospective buyers from any imperfections a home may have.  A great example of our work can be seen here. With staging, you can guarantee to make a lasting impression.    Buyers typically take approximately 15 seconds to make a decision regarding the viability of purchasing your property. Why leave that first impression to chance?

Staging smartly can add up to 20% to your home’s sellable value.
